A solicitor-client relationship is formed only after Jonathan Kleiman has confirmed in writing that he can act for you and you have signed a retainer agreement.
Personal information collected and sent through forms
The contact and consultation forms on this website request your name, email address, an optional phone number, and a message describing your inquiry. Some calculator consultation forms also transmit the calculator result shown on the page when that result is attached. A form-identifying subject line and an empty anti-spam honeypot field may also be transmitted. We do not request payment-card, government identification, or document-upload information through these forms.
Formspree form processing
We use Formspree, a third-party form processor, to receive website form submissions. When you submit a form, the fields described above are sent directly from your browser to Formspree. Formspree stores submissions in the firm's Formspree account and may deliver them to the email address configured for the form so that we can respond.
Formspree states that its services are hosted with Amazon Web Services in the United States, that network traffic is protected using at least TLS 1.2, and that its databases use AES-256 block-level encryption at rest. We will limit the amount and type of information collected to what is necessary to respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
Please do not submit any confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personally identifiable information through this website's contact form. If your matter involves sensitive information, please contact us by phone first to arrange a secure method of transmission.
